Nvidia NASDAQ:NVDA is facing growing investor scrutiny as attention shifts beyond AI demand to questions about its product roadmap, supply chain and long-term profitability.
Citi said key questions center on whether AI infrastructure spending is broadening to enterprises, sovereign customers and AI startups, while investors also remain focused on Nvidia's product roadmap, supply chain execution and profitability as competition in AI hardware continues to increase.
Following discussions with Nvidia's investor relations team, Citi reiterated its Buy rating, saying the company indicated demand remains strong across customer groups and that its Rubin Ultra roadmap continues as planned. Nvidia also said adoption of its Spectrum-X networking platform remains healthy and confirmed future Feynman systems will support both optical and copper interconnect options.
Nvidia further reaffirmed its goal of returning 50% of annual cash flow to shareholders and maintained gross margin guidance in the mid-70% range. The company said its recent $25 billion debt issuance is intended to provide additional financial flexibility while supporting long-term investment opportunities.
