Bank OZK is boosting its quarterly dividend by 2.1% to 48 cents a share, up from 47 cents.

The new payout, equal to $1.92 a share, represents a 3.6% yield based on the company's Wednesday closing price of $52.85.

The dividend will be paid on July 20 to shareholders of record as of July 13.

The company said it has increased its dividend every quarter for the last 64 quarters.

The most recent dividend increase follows the company's board approving a $200 million stock buyback program on Monday.
