Palantir Technologies NASDAQ:PLTR, a software company known for artificial intelligence and data platforms, announced on Tuesday that it has expanded its deal with GNP Seguros, Mexico's largest insurer, to bring more AI offerings into the insurer's operations.
GNP Seguros is using Palantir's AI platform to identify claims fraud, improve underwriting accuracy, streamline claims processing, and support insurance coverage for people across Mexico. Palantir said its Foundry and AIP products are helping GNP Seguros apply AI-driven decision-making and agentic operations across its business.
For investors, the expanded agreement may add another data point to Palantir's commercial AI growth story, especially as large insurance companies look for technology that could improve efficiency and decision-making. The deal also suggests Palantir's AI platform is gaining deeper use inside a major Latin American financial-services customer, which could support investor sentiment around broader enterprise adoption.
