CPI Card Group has named Terra Grantham as the payments technology company's permanent chief financial officer, removing the interim tag she had carried since February.

Grantham, 55 years old, joined CPI in 2017 and was serving as senior vice president of enterprise strategy and growth when she stepped in as interim finance chief of the Littleton, Colo., company to replace Jeffrey Hochstadt.

CPI on Wednesday said Grantham will receive an annual base salary of $450,000 as chief financial officer, along with a target annual short-term incentive opportunity for 2026 of $275,000.
