Tesla's NASDAQ:TSLA new car registrations in Portugal rose 43.2% in June from a year ago to 1,883 units, as overall new registrations of light electric vehicles were up 63.1%, the country's automobile industry association ACAP said on Wednesday.

In the January-June period, Tesla sales in Portugal rose 53.5% to 6,275 units, while the total of light electric cars rose 38.7%, it said.
