Zoom Communications said it has agreed to purchase Common Room, an artificial intelligence platform.
Zoom, a video communications platform, said Common Room will unify fragmented signals and data to give sales teams improved intelligence on its buyers.
Common Room is already used by companies including Anthropic, Notion and Okta.
Zoom said Common Room's buyer intelligence will allow it to know which accounts are in-market, who the buyers are and why to reach out to them.
The transaction is expected to close in the coming weeks. Financial terms weren't disclosed.
