Zumiez said Chief Financial Officer Christopher Work would step down from his position at the apparel and footwear retail company.
Work is expected to continue to fulfill his responsibilities as CFO and assist with the transition until a successor is appointed, the Lynnwood, Wash., company said.
Zumiez has initiated a search for a new CFO, hiring an external search firm to assist with the process, it said.
The company didn't cite a reason for the resignation.
