VNV Global AB (publ) (”VNV Global” or the "Company") has during June 2026, in accordance with resolutions adopted at the Annual General Meeting on May 12, 2026, issued a total of 1,300,000 incentive shares of Class C-2026 within the framework of the Company's long-term incentive program 2026 adopted at the Annual General Meeting on May 12, 2026. As a result of the completed issuance of shares of Class C-2026, the total number of shares and votes in VNV Global has changed.

On June 30, 2026, the last trading day of the month, the total number of shares in VNV Global amounts to 135,544,292, divided into seven different classes of shares as follows:

  • 128,112,293 ordinary shares.
  • 111,999 reclassifiable subordinated incentive shares of Class C-2022.
  • 1,710,000 reclassifiable subordinated incentive shares of Class C-2023.
  • 1,710,000 reclassifiable subordinated incentive shares of Class D-2023.
  • 1,300,000 reclassifiable subordinated incentive shares of Class C-2024.
  • 1,300,000 reclassifiable subordinated incentive shares of Class C-2025.
  • 1,300,000 reclassifiable subordinated incentive shares of Class C-2026.

Each share in the Company carries one vote. Accordingly, on June 30, 2026, the total number of voting rights amounts to 135,544,292.

On June 30, 2026, VNV Global owns 105,690 ordinary shares.
