Australian construction contractor FDC Group on Monday filed prospectus for an initial public offering, seeking to raise A$400 million ($275.60 million).

The IPO will comprise 133.6 million shares, 41% of its shares on issue, at an offer price of A$3.00 per share, the company said in a statement.
FDC is valued at A$969 million ($667.64 million), based on the offer price.
The company will trade on the ASX as FDC Consolidated Holdings under the symbol FDC.
The firm is expected to commence trading on the Australian bourse on July 9, subject to ASX approval.
FDC said it expects A$1.9 billion ($1.31 billion) in revenue for 2027, supported by a robust pipeline of work, compared with A$1.5 billion in 2025.
FDC is a building services business with construction and refurbishment projects across Australia.
