India's HDB Financial Services NSE:HDBFS has accepted bids worth 11.50 billion rupees ($121.00 million), for bonds maturing in two years and 11 months, three bankers said on Wednesday.

It will pay a coupon of 7.90% and had invited commitment bids for the issue earlier in the day, they said.

The company did not immediately respond to a Reuters email seeking comment.
