India's fourth largest private lender Kotak Mahindra Bank NSE:KOTAKBANK said on Saturday its CEO and managing director, Ashok Vaswani, will not seek reappointment after the end of his term on December 31, 2026 for personal reasons.

The board has started the process of appointing a new CEO, the bank said in an exchange filing.
