India's Poonawalla Fincorp NSE:POONAWALLA accepted bids worth 5 billion rupees ($52.46 million) for bonds maturing in two years and four months, three bankers said on Friday.
It will pay a coupon of 8.0568% and had invited commitment bids for the issue on Thursday, they said.
The company did not respond to a Reuters email seeking comment.
