India's Tata Capital NSE:TATACAP plans to raise 37.50 billion rupees ($393.87 million), including a greenshoe option of 12.50 billion rupees, through the reissue of June 2027 bonds and a fresh five-year bond issue, three bankers said on Monday.
The non-banking finance company will offer a yield of 7.78% on the reissue and a coupon of 7.88% on the fresh issue, and has invited commitment bids later in the day, they said.
Tata Capital did not immediately reply to a Reuters email seeking comment.
