Ecolab updated its guidance after closing its $4.75 billion acquisition of CoolIT Systems, a data center liquid cooling company.

The water treatment and sanitation company on Thursday said it expects fiscal 2026 adjusted earnings per share between $8.03 and $8.23, representing growth between 7% and 9% compared with 2025.

It forecast underlying earnings per share growth between 14% and 15% for Ecolabs's base business in the second half of 2026. Ecolab said it anticipates the growth, partially offset by the costs of the acquisition, to result in adjusted earnings per share growth between 4% and 5% in the second half of fiscal 2026.

The company said it is approaching $1.5 billion in sales following the additions of Ovivo and CoolIT. It is targeting its Global High-Tech business to generate $4 billion in annual sales by 2030.

Ecolab Chief Executive Christophe Beck said he was confident there would be consistent earnings per share growth between 12% and 15% in the years to come.

EcoLab closed its acquisition of CoolIT for $4.75 billion.
