Electrolux Group submitted claims for an $88 million refund following the Supreme Court's rejection of President Trump's emergency tariffs.

The Swedish appliance maker said Monday it expects to record a non-recurring, $61 million boost to operating income in its North America division in the second quarter as a result of the refund.

The company also said it expects to recognize in the second quarter, as part of the cost of goods sold in its North America division, about $27 million in connection with the first quarter of this year.

The company expects to release its interim report for the second quarter on July 29.
