Appointment of Executive Director
Belfast Gas Transmission Financing plc (the "Company") wishes to announce the appointment of Emma Jayne Armstrong as an Executive Director of the Company with effect from 1 July 2026.
Emma Jayne, a Fellow of Chartered Accountants Ireland, joined Mutual Energy in 2010 and, after spending almost a decade as Head of Finance & Compliance, was appointed Finance Director and Company Secretary in July 2025.
Emma Jayne has also been appointed to the Board of Mutual Energy Ltd, the Company's ultimate parent company, and all other businesses within the Mutual Energy group, including Moyle Interconnector (Financing) plc and Premier Transmission Financing plc.
The Board welcomes Emma Jayne to the role and looks forward to her continued contribution to the Company.
