Orbit appoints two new directors to Orbit Capital PLC and Orbit Treasury Limited

Orbit Capital PLC and Orbit Treasury Limited have announced the appointment of Cécile Montfort and John Miesner as Company Directors.
Both Cécile and John also join Orbit's Treasury Committee as Independent Committee members.
Commenting on the appointments, Michelle Dovey, Chair of Orbit Capital PLC, Orbit Treasury Limited and Orbit's Treasury Committee, said: "We're delighted to welcome Cécile and John as Directors of Orbit Capital PLC and Orbit Treasury Limited.

With more than 20 years of experience, Cécile has an in-depth knowledge of debt capital markets and risk analysis, having held senior positions at global financial institutions including Crédit Agricole CIB, Moody's and Société Générale.
John has extensive experience advising organisations on debt, capital structure and financial strategy, with a career spanning private and public debt markets. He is currently Global Head of Debt & Capital Advisory at Interpath Advisory and has a long track record of advising businesses across the residential property sector.
John and Cécile both commenced their positions on 1 July 2026.
