Rule 19.6(c) confirmation of post-offer intention statements
SIX announces that, further to the completion of its recommended cash offer for the entire issued and to be issued share capital of Aquis Exchange PLC ("Aquis") on 1 July 2025, which was effected by way of a Court-sanctioned scheme of arrangement, it has duly confirmed in writing to The Panel on Takeovers and Mergers in accordance with the requirements of Rule 19.6(c) of the Code that it has complied with its post-offer intention statements made pursuant to Rule 2.7(c)(viii) and Rule 24.2 of the Code, as originally detailed in its Rule 2.7 announcement dated 11 November 2024 and in the scheme document published by Aquis on 27 November 2024.
