Rubio holds phone call with Chinese counterpart, State Department says

U.S. Secretary of State Marco Rubio spoke with his Chinese counterpart, the U.S. State Department said on Thursday.

The pair discussed the "importance of building a constructive relationship of strategic stability based on fairness and reciprocity," the department said in a readout of Rubio's call.
