Russia's state nuclear corporation Rosatom will acquire a controlling stake in Russian logistics group Delo from businessman Sergei Shishkarev, Russian news agencies reported on Monday, citing Rosatom CEO Alexei Likhachev.

Rosatom already owns 49% of Delo, one of Russia's largest logistics operators, with interests in container and grain terminals as well as railway container transporter TransContainer.

Shishkarev had previously said he was prepared to sell his stake in the group to Rosatom.
