ServiceNow (NOW, Financials) and Accenture are expanding their partnership with new AI-powered cybersecurity services for large businesses.

The offering combines Accenture's managed security experience with the ServiceNow AI Platform. It includes tools for integrated risk management, third-party risk monitoring, operational technology security and compliance.

The companies also introduced an AI-powered migration tool to help businesses move away from older cybersecurity platforms. That matters because many companies still run security systems that are expensive, fragmented and hard to update.

The launch comes as cyberattacks become faster and more costly. The companies said U.S. data breach costs reached $10.22 million per incident in 2025, up 9% from the prior year.

For ServiceNow, the deal adds another practical use case for its AI platform. For Accenture, it strengthens a cybersecurity business built around consulting, managed services and enterprise transformation.

Investors will watch whether the partnership helps both companies win more security work as businesses modernize their risk and compliance systems.
