We are writing to you as a Shareholder to inform you that it is the intention of the board of directors of the Company to declare a dividend in respect of certain share classes which, as set out in the prospectus of the Company and the supplement of the relevant sub-fund of the Company, are categorized as distributing share classes in respect of the six month period ending on 30 June 2026 with a Payment Date on August 18, 2026, an Ex-Date on August 13, 2026 and Record Date on August 14, 2026.
