The Shangai Composite Index rose 23 points or 0.56 percent on Tuesday to close at 4097 points.

Leading the gains are Avic Aviation Engine (2.68%), Avic Shenyang Aircraft (2.67%) and LONGi Green (2.42%).

Top losers were Hengli Petrochemical (-6.35%), China Coal (-5.08%) and Aluminum Corporation of China (-4.10%).
