Transaction in Boozt shares by member of Executive Management

Boozt AB (publ) hereby announces that Hermann Haraldsson, CEO and Co-founder of Boozt AB, has sold 100,000 shares in Boozt AB on 30 June 2026 at a price of SEK 148.17 per share, corresponding to a total transaction value of SEK 14,817,000. The transaction was carried out for private reasons.

Following the transaction, Hermann Haraldsson holds 551,224 shares in Boozt AB, corresponding to 0.9% of the total share capital.
