BRUSSELS (dpa-AFX) - The U.S. dollar fell against its most major counterparts in the New York session on Tuesday.

The greenback fell to a 1-week low of 1.1436 against the euro and near 2-week lows of 1.3276 against the pound and 0.8063 against the franc.

The currency is seen finding support around 1.17 against the euro, 1.36 against the pound and 0.78 against the franc.
