U.S. President Donald Trump said he has long called for swift action to protect the integrity of U.S. elections. According to Odaily, Trump said he will announce the immediate declassification and release of key intelligence tonight.
The intelligence reportedly shows vulnerabilities in U.S. election infrastructure and says existing election systems are vulnerable to hacking, exploitation, and foreign interference. The documents were compiled by the White House Government Transparency Task Force and staff from the President's Intelligence Advisory Board, with support from the head of the U.S. intelligence community.
