Ukraine's current account deficit widened to $18.1 billion in the first five months of the year compared with a deficit of $12.9 billion in the same period a year ago, the central bank said on Tuesday.
The central bank said in a statement the current account deficit stood at $3.65 billion in May 2026, the same level as in May last year, thanks to higher international aid from partners.
