Announcement according to article 2 of the Regulation (EU) 2016/1052 Munich (pta/20.07.2026/14:48) - In the period from July 13, 2026 until and including July 19, 2026, a total of 715,450 shares were acquired as part of the share buyback of Siemens Energy AG. On June 3, 2026 the start of the share buyback for June 4, 2026 was announced pursuant to Art. 5 para. 1 lit. a) of the Regulation (EU) No. 596/2014 and Art. 2 para. 1 of the Delegated Regulation (EU) No. 2016/1052.
